Shipping & Returns

WE OFFER 4 DELIVERY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:

 1) Door-to-door delivery via THE COURIER GUY within Gauteng @ R50.00:

  • R50.00 for delivery if you stay in GAUTENG.
  • Have your parcel delivered straight to your HOME or OFFICE.
  • You will receive your order within 12 to 24 hours from Proof of Payment receipt. (You will receive an email confirming that we have received your Proof of Payment/Payment)
  • Please make sure there will be someone to receive your parcel at the given address and let us know what time your office closes, if we are delivering to your office. If you don't know whether someone will be available to receive your parcel, you might want to choose our option 4 "Pargo".

 

2) Door-to-door delivery via THE COURIER GUY within Main Centers @R65.00:

  • R65.00 for delivery if you stay in one of the listed main centres. E.g Cape Town is listed in our Main Centers, Stellenbosch is not.
  • Have your parcel delivered straight to your HOME or OFFICE.

-MAIN CENTERS ARE: 
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Port Elizabeth, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Witbank

  • If Proof of Payment is received before 10:00, you will receive your order the next day. If Proof of Payment is received after 10:00, you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours. (You will receive an email confirming that we have received your Proof of Payment/Payment)
  • Please make sure there will be someone to receive your parcel at the given address and let us know what time your office closes, if we are delivering to your office. If you don't know whether someone will be available to receive your parcel, you might want to choose our option 4 "Pargo".

3) Door-to-door delivery via THE COURIER GUY ANYWHERE ELSE in South Africa @ R150.00:

  • R150.00 for delivery if you do not stay in Gauteng or in one of our Main Centers. 
  • Have your parcel delivered straight to your HOME or OFFICE.
  • You will receive your order within 2 to 3 days from the receipt of Proof of Payment. (You will receive an email confirming that we have received your Proof of Payment/Payment)
  • Please make sure that there will be someone to receive your parcel at the given address and let us know what time your office closes, if we are delivering to your office. If you don't know whether someone will be available to receive your parcel, you might want to choose our option 4 "Pargo".

4) PARGO - Your parcel will be delivered at a POINT OF COLLECTION of your choice @ R70.00

Pargo is a convenient logistics solution that lets you collect and return parcels at Pargo parcel points throughout the country when it suits you best.

How it works in 5 steps:

  • Shop and choose Pargo when checking out. *IMPORTANT You will still be asked your Billing address and Shipping Address, even if you are planning on collecting at a Pargo Collection Point. Just fill in your home address, the Pargo Collection Point will be automatically filled in at a later step.
  • Choose a conveniet Pargo parcel collection point.
  • Delivery will be done within 2 to 5 days to your chosen Pargo parcel point.
  • You’ll receive an email/sms when your parcel arrives at the Pargo parcel point.
  • Collect it when it suits you best!

Parcels are stored in a secure area. The complete delivery process is supported by the latest IT system so you can track your parcel online.


Our Pargo option is best suited for customers who:

- Are not located in Gauteng or our Main Centres (for e.g Kuruman) and would like to pay only R70.00 for delivery
-Do not mind waiting 2 to 5 days for delivery
-Do not know if someone will be available to receive the parcel and would prefer picking up the parcel at a convenient location.

You are welcome to visit Pargo's website www.pargo.co.za and see what the availble Collection Points are in your area, before Checking Out on our website.

 

GENERAL:

Orders placed on a Friday or over weekends, will be dispatched on Mondays. No orders will be sent on Public Holidays.

You can ask for a tracking number. No orders will be released without Proof of Payment received. Please select the right area at check out, or your parcel delivery will be delayed.

 

Returns:

If you are not happy with the products you have ordered and received from us, you are welcome to send the items back to us at your own cost, and we will refund you in full. Products need to be sent back in original condition with packaging.


If you received the wrong products or there are faults with the products (broken, tarnished etc) we will assess the situation individually and will most likely send our courier to pick up the faulty products, deliver the correct products or and refund you in full.


Our main priority is to keep our customers happy and to provide good quality products and provide enough information on our website, so that you will know what you are receiving. We however do need to protect ourselves from chance-takers.
